By accessing and using the ImpermeabilizaYA website (hereinafter, "the Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses the Site or uses our services.

2 Description of Services

ImpermeabilizaYA offers professional waterproofing, roof repair and installation, tiling, skylight installation, drip edges, and painting services in Medellin and the Aburrá Valley, Antioquia, Colombia.

Prices, delivery times, and specifications will be defined through a personalized quote for each project.

3 Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided through the Site, WhatsApp, phone, or other channels are informational and subject to confirmation after project inspection.

Quotes are valid for 15 calendar days from issuance, unless otherwise indicated.

4 Warranties

All our work comes with a written warranty. Specific warranty terms will be detailed in the corresponding service contract.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Unauthorized modifications by third parties.
  • Improper use or lack of maintenance.
  • Force majeure events or natural disasters.
  • Natural wear and tear beyond the warranty period.

5 Intellectual Property

All Site content, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of ImpermeabilizaYA and protected by Colombian intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any Site content without prior written consent is prohibited.

6 Limitation of Liability

ImpermeabilizaYA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the inability to access it.

The information on the Site is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding commercial offer.

7 Modifications & Applicable Law

ImpermeabilizaYA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of Medellin.
